AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA)

SCOPE OF WORK: PROJECT 612A4-08-911 SEWER LIFT STATION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide construction of new

sewer lift station and waste water retention system.

This project shall provide additional wastewater capacity for the hospital.

Relocation of underground utilities as necessary will be included in the construction. The retention tanks portion of this design may be repositioned in order to minimize impact to existing and future parking requirements. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures currently used for this system.

Work also includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, water storage facilities, interior crane equipment, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items.

All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Terms, Conditions, Drawings and Specifications.

Project shall be constructed at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Northern California Health Care System (NCHCS), Mather Business Park, Sacramento County, CA.

In accordance with VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Costs, estimated price range of the project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
