The VA Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all labor,material and equipment needed to provide construction services to construct additional parking on the Leestown Road campus. Work includes site and electrical demolition, site work, excavation, grading, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, storm water systems, parking lot and street lighting, metal handrail alterations and fabrication, pavement marking, traffic and wayfinding signage, and certain other items. The project will alter existing parking areas and roadway, and correct ADA deficiencies while maintaining access necessary for VA operations. Estimated Construction cost range $1,000,000.00-$2,000,000.00.

This project will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127(d).
