RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DUCK CREEK DAM RECONSTRUCTION, LOCATED IN PETROLEUM COUNTY, MONTANA.THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the construction of a reconstruction of Duck Creek Dam, located in Petroleum County, Montana. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a standard size of $20.0M.The cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 330 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised as a Full & Open Competition.
