This Notice is issued subject to the requirements of the Recovery Act. The procurement will be a Two-Phase Design-Build and Demolition RFP, HSBP1009R2684. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.3, two solicitations will be issued in succession covering both phases. This notice will be used to announce both the Phase One and Phase Two portion solicitations and no other pre-solicitation notice will be provided.
US Customs and Border Protection is soliciting for construction services with design, build, and demolition capability for a new border station in Hamlin, ME. Plans and specifications with a minimum of 20% design will be provided with the solicitation.
