This proposed procurement is to be unrestricted. The associated NAICS is 237310, with a size standard of $33,500,000. This is single step procurement which will be advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP); this is not a RFP. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package issuance on or about 17 April 2009. Proposals will be due on or about 20 May 2009.
