The project consists of demolition of Buildings 3, 3 Annex, 5P, 13, 47, 53 & new construction of Police  & Engineering Building, including asbestos & lead based paint abatement, including but not limited to site clearing, earthwork, pavement, concrete, masonry, structural, carpentry, interiror work, mechanical electrical, roofing painting, & building appurtenant.  Type of award:  Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract.  This procurement will be conducted under FSC Code Y199.  The NAICS Code is 238990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, $14.0 M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The estimated cost range of this project is $3,000,000 - $5,000,000.  The acquisition method is sealed bidding.  This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms.  Solicitation documents will be available on or about 09 February 2009.  Bids are due no later 11 March 2009, at 1:00 PM PST.
